No elevators had to walk up the stairs with all the stuff with the baby couldn’t offer her bottom even upgraded construction going on every morning at 8 o’clock. They ran us at the pool said it was lightning in 8 miles away. Shut the umbrella on my daughter, head and uncovered my five month old grandson as we was getting ran out would not recommend this place to anybody until it’s finished

Super apparemment. Spacieux, récemment rénové, vue océan (chambre 406), très bien équipé (lave-vaisselle, four, plaque, cafetière, grille-pain... . Le personnel était très serviable, les espaces communs bien entretenus (barbecue très propres, salle de sport, sauna). L'emplacement était idéal pour nous. Bref nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour en amoureux !

The room was very clean and it's clear the housekeeping staff does a great job. The pools are nice and open long hours. One of the best features is beach access that is walking distance. Though you have to walk a bit north on the beach if you want lifeguard coverage (not really far). Downsides: Mainly that the property is dated and dingy looking. One example: They still use physical metal keys (for which you pay $100 if you lose one; luckily I didn't). That's like two or three generations behind in door lock technology. Another oddity: buildings built in the 80s where someone decided to randomly put 1950's knotty pine wood in as decoration, and not on the walls, but on the ceiling. And only the ceiling. Just strange. Verdict: Low cost very clean property with nice pools and beach access.

Basically ocean view. Nice, clean and comfortable beds. I liked the ceiling fan in the room. We stayed for 1 night. But next time will do 2. 5 min walk from our room to the beach. Pool looked nice and landscape around property was pretty. Ice machine was a plus!

The windows had spider webs in the corners inside the room. Also there was a live cockroach in the bathroom floor, I called and receptionist said we were in Florida and probably there was another kind of bug. So what? Then its ok?? It was a terrible experience

The staff was not helpful at all, I stayed in a lower floor room, and the family above were careless about the kids they had with them. I came there to rest and enjoy the beach and well the resting part was horrible. With all the noise and jumping We did not sleep at all. This was a stay over the $200 mark for such an unpleasant experience.

I do not like this property at all. There was no help regarding the staff. It was not as clean as it was shown to be in the pictures. The pictures are very deceiving. The pullout bed in the living room was very flat. It needs to be replaced. I don’t know how they expect anyone to sleep on there. It was a horrible experience overall at night. It’s pitch black there’s no lighting. That’s adequate. There was some type of pool party going on till late, which was disturbing when we had to wake up early for a trip we barely got any sleep because of this pool party.

The resort itself was very nice to stay in on the beach…the issue was once we arrived to check into our room. We arrived late Friday evening and checking in the attendant said, “I knew this would happen we are overbooked and your room isn’t available” and stated I had only paid for 1 night when in fact it was 2 nights and I had the receipt to prove it. I was told we would have to move rooms the second day and they would put us in a very nice room for the night and would offer us something for having to move rooms…the room we received was the same type of room I had already booked…finally got in room and next day rolls around to move and had to wait around for half the day to get word the other room was ready and took time away from our trip after being told it would be a priority to get our room ready. Quite the pain having to wait around and waste the day waiting for someone to finally know something.

Checked in for an apartment unit at front desk. To get a parking pass, they tried to get me to sign up for an 90 min presentation for the timeshare. You are able to bypass that if you stick to it! Upon entering the unit though, the musty smell hits you as soon as you enter. Also unit didn’t have a stove in it like advertised. Went to Publix for a few things to have for the next day. Came back in to find a bed bug in the pull out couch!! I took the bed bug up to front desk wrapped in paper towel. Front desk lady told me to throw it away. She then proceeded to tell me that there was no other apartment unit available for my family to be transferred to. She said I could check out and get refunded since the bed bug was found. After calling Expedia and told them the situation, I was told it was escalated to the manger. Two days later I received an email saying that no refunded would be sent but only sent me OneCash that doesn’t even touch the amount I paid!!! I called the resort myself to ask why I wasn’t getting a refund and was told by the reservation department that their pest control couldn’t find any evidence of bed bugs. I told her I took it up to the front desk even and she still told me sorry, FL has a lot of bugs. DO NOT BOOK AT THIS PLACE OR THRU EXPEDIA!!!! Terrible service all around!
