Stayed at Peppers docklands for 7 nights, check-in and check-out was smooth and efficient, reception staff were pleasant. We stayed at Peppers Queen Queen room, it was spacious.
The lighting is poor in room, bathroom and the desk, needed to apply makeup near the window to see properly. The sound proofing was done poorly, we could hear the strong winds whistling very loudly past the door.
Bathroom sink is positioned under a counter which makes it challenging to wash your face without hitting head on the sink / counter top, and leaking water on the floor.
Housekeeping was underperforming. They only changed bedding items once during our stay. Dirty towels and bathrobes were provided. Slipper, tooth brush and tooth paste were not provided by hotel, so we had to buy these by ourselves from supermarket.
Complimentary coffee and bottle of water were given on some days, not every day, so I needed to call the reception and asked for replacement. On my last night at the hotel, there were no toilet paper and facial tissue as well, so I needed to call the reception again.
Overall, it was a nice stay, however, housekeeping team needs improvements & some training.
