Amazing!

Flew in from New York & stayed 4 nights at the Odys. Staff here were accommodating and checked me in even though it was past midnight. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Our room was clean, sheets were made for us everyday, and the water pressure in the shower was incredible.

Bedroom had no windows (advised as having blackout curtains?). We would have not booked this room if aware. Room very small with no dressing table or full length mirror. Reception staff all great and super friendly. Couldn’t fault them! Also gave in depth information which was really helpful and discussed everything available. 10/10 reception / customer service staff. Restaurant staff all sit on there phones and took a long time to be served when first arrived - had to go ask as all distracted by phone. Food was great though.

Fantastic hotel and staff

Fantastic hotel and staff, made to feel welcomed straight away, room was on floor 4, roomy and well decorated, tidy clean and a good representation of this boutique hotel. Breakfast was varied and plentiful, from western to Asian, juice coffees teas all great. Afternoon tea was a welcome treat and useful to reset your day, both breakfast and tea are on the rooftop bar area, lovely outside views and chill time. Evening meals restaurant is in the same area but never tried it. Housekeeping was very good and room cleaned daily. About a 5 mins walk from the main market, 15 to the main shopping area, great location, we chose the mobile free WiFi module to take out very useful, lovely first experience of Vietnam, would definitely come back, upgraded room was great with the benefits, slight noise from outside streets but hey it's Vietnam. Central HCMC is all close by and very easy to navigate. Great stay , wonderful staff.

Hôtel non sécurisé, la nuit groupe d’indiens

Bonjour, j’ai passé une nuit dans cet hôtel qui n’est pas sécurisé la nuit où il y a des groupes d’indiens qui ne respectent rien qui viennent à une dizaine d’hommes et occupe des chambres à cinq ou six et la réception ne dit rien du tout je n’ai pas dormi de la nuit, ils ont ramené des filles et bu toute la nuit, un vrai scandale mon lavabo fuyait au lieu de réparer. Ils m’ont coupé l’eau, je n’avais plus d’eau. J’ai demandé à changer de chambre comme les groupes d’indiens ne me laissait pas dormir à 3h du matin. Ni d’eau, ni de sommeil. Un scandale.

Big hotel room but the shower didn’t work I had to take bird baths in the sink. I turned the shower on and water started coming out of the walls. This shower was a jacuzzi type shower bath combo. Would have like a regular shower.I couldn’t get the safe to work either. I left the “please clean my room” sign on the door but nobody came and cleaned the room.

Very good hotel with good staff .. good location for District 1 Ho Chi Minh … from booking to check in and stay all found good. Options to ‘top-up’ mini bar be useful and hotel coffee very good; coffee sachets in room not good …too sweet.
