Spotless throughout. Nothing I didn't like. Great hospitality from Maggie, Kate and Gordon.

Beautiful property. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful hosts. Delicious food. Convenient bus access to city centre or 35 minute walk.

Fabulous guest house within easy walking distance of the City Centre. Well connected to bus routes too, and close to most of the Fringe venues. Maggie and Kate were great hosts, with Maggie in particular giving loads of advice on travel and dining options. The single room is a little on the small side but comfortable, bright and clean. I hadn't realised the bathroom was not ensuite but it is very close to the bedroom and not a major inconvenience. Breakfast was amazing!

Very attractive period home, tastefully decorated + great breakfasts. Location was walkable to city core but good bus service as well. Friendly, helpful hosts.

NO parking! Must circle this large city area and grab in-road parking if it becomes available.

The location of the accommodation is brilliant, not too far away from the city centre, in a quiet location, with a lovely view towards Arthur’s Seat and plenty of shops and pubs near by.
