I would not recommend this hotel if you plan to stay close to airport. its 15 min from airport and no Uber or Ola cab will come to pick you up...you will have to book a taxi from the hotel that will cost you Rs. 1000/- which should actually cost Rs. 150 in an uber. The hotel is also have a feel like a motel and over priced...

There was no soap, shower gel, towels are old and thin. Room looked nice on a picture online, in reality paper walls are coming off, there was some screaming noise in the middle of the night. Online it said that airport shuttle is 600rs, the hotel said that it is a mistake, and the cost is 1000rs meanwhile it’s 9min ride and should cost no more than 250rs.

Our flight reached at 1:30 am and we checked into the hotel around 2:30 in the morning. The front desk clerk was very courteous even at the odd hours. The room was very clean and spacious. The only thing I felt was that the mattress was not that comfortable.

i booked the hotel through expedia on 21 st july 2019 for one night. Being an NRI i was flying back to USA 22nd early morning. 1. At the check in tine receptionist were rude as when they saw the cpl of friends who came to drop me at the airport when i fly back 2. I had bought alochol bottoles in duty free shop which was sealed and not opened. they didnt let me take them into my room which is a suprising. They said they dont allow outside alcahol. But they do have bar inside where they have sky rocketing price . For example .Chivas scotch bottle ( 12 yrs old ) 1 lit i think 12K INR & royal salute ( 12 yrs) 750 ML bottom for 50K INR ( $735) + vat+GST+ sales tax etc---:) 3. How come any room guest will not be allowed to carry bottoles with him into the room when checking 1st time. 4. I booked delux room and at the time of check in i upgraded the room to suite by paying another 4.5 K INR. Even at that time they didnt let us know about alochol policy. there are no Sign boards in the lobby or at the reception . 5. After 20 mins i asked them that we will check out and we dont want to stay there and asked to refund the amount paid for upgrade they said NO . 6. In the bathroom when i pulled a towel there was big lizard in the towel. 7.when they say no alochol then they should make it as alochol free campus with proper sign board or while booking the hotel. either expedia or hotel should display a message or about their all Unique polices.Its all cheating and fraud BECAREFUL
