Charming with Amazing location

Such a charming place to stay in the historic Charleston district. So close to the tour locations and water for the sunset cruise. Amazing friendly staff and the breakfast was AMAZING! Such a wonderful place. No elevator, so you need to carry your luggage up the stairways.

We loved staying here! Very unique room and the breakfast was wonderful! They had great attention to detail, with snacks and even having iced coffee available along with coffee, tea, and water. The staff was also super friendly. We will definitely stay here again.

Southern hospitality at its finest. I have been to Charleston several times and never knew this house was here. This was by far the nicest bunch of ladies who went of there way to make sure everyone is comfortable.

Best stay in Charleston

I will recommend this charming Inn to anyone visiting Charleston,. It is at the center of the main streets and walkable to all points of interest. The staff are exceptional. There is a tea time each day with beverages, snack, and wine. Each morning a delicious breakfast is served. It is refreshing to stay at a place in which the parking and breakfast are included.

This is a lovely old historic home that has been converted into a B&B type place. The Breakfast is great! Made to order! And you get a lot of personal touches staying here (the women who run the place remember you, etc.) It is in a great location - easily walkable to main sights, restaurants, etc. But it is on a side street so it is quieter than being on a main street which is very nice. Plus there is parking in the back of the Inn which is convenient. Really enjoyed my stay & I would stay here again!

The location was convenient to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. One negative is the bathroom was a little beat up - the towel bars were hanging out of the wall, the shower tile was cracked as was the pedestal sink.

One block off King St. for shopping, and conveniently located to College of Charleston, the market and the riverfront. We walked everywhere! 3 night stay in this lovely B&B, location is fantastic, just half a block off Kings St. very walkable to all the sights. Originally only booked 2 nights but decided to go a day earlier so the first night was in a different room, both rooms were in the carriage house so we only had to move across the hall. Rooms were both lovely, very clean with comfortable beds. The breakfast was served in the main house in the sun room (porch) Freshly cooked and served by an Ex pat with a very northern accent, despite being from up north! she made us feel vey at home, we had the room in stitches with our conversations about food and the differences between the UK and the US
