Beautiful location and the hotel is an architectural wonder with thoughtful friendly staff. Only criticisms concern the food. The breakfast was average, 2 small croissant OJ and coffee is not consistent with a hotel of this quality or price and the dinner menu was the same two nights running. Overall though a really good place to stay.

The staff were amazing! The place is so beautiful and well groomed! It was not busy at all when we stayed. I booked this last minute on the same day we stayed. I also called in to see if they could do something nice in the room for us and instead they upgraded our room to a beautiful corner suite. I was amazing of the service. We also had a butler to call on if needed. We had a nice welcome to our check in with a glass of champagne and wonderful snacks. Had a lovely dinner and also a continental breakfast in the morning. Also went down later in the morning for a breakfast and we had the whole restaurant to ourselves too. Overall is was a great stay! I would stay there again.

This was an amazing place to stay! We were treated so well from the moment we checked in to when we checked out. There was a complimentary drink upon arrival, chocolates on our bed, and a morning tray brought to our room. The grounds were lovely to walk around and the view from the tower was spectacular! Each room has a different crystal color theme. We were in the Malachite room. The food at the Opal Restaurant was delicious and well presented. I would definitely consider staying here again if I am in the area.
