We were so happy with the cleanliness and comfort of Room 101 the first night that we went ba k the second. The second night the room they put us in was 103 and it had no deadbolt on the door to the adjoining room. When I questioned the manager about it, he became very rude and insisted that I should just trust him when he said the people in the adjacent room couldn't open our door. I was not comfortable with that. He offered me Room 104, which was the same set-up. It was too late to go to another hotel, so we just barricaded the door. I expect excellent service when spending money for any hotel, even if we just needed somewhere to sleep. I have never seen a hotel room with an adjacent door that didn't have a deadbolt lock on it.

The virtual office with easy self check-in was fantastic. Really clean nice room; a little bit noisy on the Hwy side that has the king bed rooms. Not bothersome but IF it would be, u shld stay in the Dubl rooms on the quieter side. A bag breakfast of a muffin & banana would be a wonderful amenity; could be put in fridge. Also some decaf coffee pods & some Swiss Miss hot chocolate. We would stay again.

This is a smaller, privately owned hotel (the kind that are often run down and dingy) but we were very pleasantly surprised. The rooms were quiet and very clean, and the “desk clerk” was very helpful. We were very pleased and will definitely stay here if we come back to the area.
