I was surprised to find that there is no elevator in this hotel. At age 74, I usually use an elevator to reach upper floors. I had to request that the lights in the breakfaast room be turned on in order to find cream and sugar for my coffee.

Definitely not up to par. But needed a cheap room for the night and yup that’s what we got. At least the sheets and bathroom appeared clean but there was a very very dirty chair in the corner of the room with a light bulb that changed colors like at a rave. Would not stay again

The lobby and hallways were clean and somewhat modern however there too many "loitering" parking and lobby area. The room was ok but chair in the room was "UTTERLY DISGUSTINGLY DIRTY" it should be thrown out or thoroughly deep cleaned.

The parking lot was well lit. Lots of handicap spaces. Rooms clean but can use some replacements. Under new Management I gather because sign outside building said NOW OPEN. Breakfast was cereal, toast, bagels. Waffles and syrup. Coffee. We had a big spacious walk-in handicap shower with a chair in our handicap room. Very nice. Would go again if in the area. Great price. Quiet.

This property is SUPER GROSS AND DIRTY! Everything from the lobby, the stairs, every surface of the room..... The chair in the room was absolutely filthy, there's was sticky gunk on the sink counter, water on the bathroom floor, the room smelled so bad! There was NO BLANKET! Only an extremely thin and filthy cover. So nasty!

Out of order, out of order, out of order. Everything was out of order. Ice machines, breakfast bar, office room computer, elevator, heck even the ATM in the lobby. The vending machines had signs up on them warning that hotel management does not give refunds as they dont own them, which is normally true, but the fact every machine had the warning makes me wonder how many time people got ripped off. Normally I try to find something nice to say, to layer in but this hotel needs to stop trying. Oh there was no bugs in my room that I saw so there's something good.

Outdated. Not friendly, rude, and not knowledgable staff. The parking lot has limited space due to a food truck and seating taking prime space and their customers. If your room is near that exit, it is noisy. Breakfast- wouldn't waste my time going into the "dining" area. the juice machine was out of order. (I suspect that it is always out of order like the McFlurry machines) I asked for water as the juice machine not working. A basic necessity. Nope only coffee available. The water fountain did not work either. There was low quality bread and bagels. Only butter and if you are lucky, cream cheese. No jam or jelly. The set up is terrible. Room- needs updating. I had the wheelchair accessible room. Bathroom- positive it is big and had a shower chair. Big shower- terrible placement for the showerhead. If it's in a handicapped room, there should be a hand held shower. Nope. Also terrible water pressure and the knob is weird. If you turn it off a little bit too much it comes back on. I thought it was a leak. Big bulky mismatched furniture. I had 2 microwaves in the room, neither worked. Plugs were not easily accessible or enough. Had to place my phone on an armchair to charge. Lighting harsh and not where the mirrors are. I would not stay here again.

The pictures of this property that I saw did not match the property at all. This place is aweful. The exterior is run down, lights are out, and the handicapped automatic door button is connected to a post that is not secured to the ground, so it is near impossible to press. They forgot to give my ID back after making a copy and had to be asked to give it back. The door to my room had previously had large holes in it that were badly patched. The lights were on in the room when I arrived which I found very odd. The floor was peeling everywhere and the mattress was WAY passed retirement date. While the bathroom/shower seemed to be somewhat recently updated, it is extreamly small and the shower head needs some deep scrubbing as it is quite full of mold/mildew. The curtains did not fit the windows and could not be adjusted so there were huge gaps at the top. The entire room smelled musty. TV turned on but wouldn't get off the guide channel. I asked if the staff would put the smoke alarm back up as it was laying on the table. After he did so he noticed it was chirping for low battery and left the room. I then removed it 2 minutes later as I was not listening to that every 20 seconds. This was the most uncomfortable bed I have slept on and I travel weekly. Do not stay here.
