We loved this hotel Located on a quiet street but literally around the corner from restaurants, pharmacy and so much more. The room was large and well-furnished. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was also very comfortable to use. We loved the rooftop terrace for the continental breakfast. I would DEFINITELY stay here again.

EN: We had an exceptional stay. We were able to check in easily and instruction was very easy, same with checkout. Incredibly secure building with nice studio apartment style rooms. We will absolutely be staying again. Great walking to Roma Rorte and Condessa, very many restaurants and bars close by. SP: Tuvimos una estancia excepcional. Pudimos registrarnos fácilmente y la instrucción fue muy fácil, lo mismo con el registro de salida. Edificio increíblemente seguro con bonitas habitaciones estilo estudio. Definitivamente nos quedaremos de nuevo. Gran paseo a Roma Rorte y Condessa, muchos restaurantes y bares cerca.

Me gustó absolutamente todo. El loft está muy bonito, limpio y se ve que todo está nuevo. Las camas son muy confortables y tiene aire acondicionado que eso ayuda durante el día. Los encargados son muy atentos y amables, desde el día uno me trataron súper bien. Está en buena ubicación y pesar de estar cerca de una avenida no se escucha tanto ruido. As described and shown in pictures. My stay was comfortable. The room was spacious and clean. The area felt safe with a lot of restaurants that were walking distance. Their amenities were great! I would highly recommend and would be staying here again.

I stayed here with my family for about a week. We booked multiple rooms and everyone had a great experience. The property is new, clean, and well decorated with elegant furniture. It has all the appliances you need and even a laundry room downstairs. The location is also very good in the heart of Condesa. The self check-in process is smooth and they keep in touch on WhatsApp for any inquiries throughout your stay. I would definitely come back here if I'm in Mexico City again!

Clean and well-located place. Checking in was a little confusing as there was a delay on receiving instructions but I think this is an issue with Expedia’s messaging system. The amenities are fine but the hours to use the jacuzzi are not realistic. Better to book for long-term stays I suppose. Also there was no working internet our entire stay which would have been good to know in advance.

The location was on point, close enough to the good spots without the noise of the party side of the city. The room was clean and beautiful. The staff was very attentive and answered to my concerns very quickly, great communication! I only wished that the bathroom had shampoo and conditioner like every other Airbnb I had stayed. The amenities were great, however the pool was a bit dirty so I didn’t want to use it. Overall it was a great experience and I do recommend this place! :)

Superb accomodation. Great location - for me. Big, airy, clean rooms with fantastic bed and bedding. No street noise at all. I slept superbly until 5am each morning when the guest upstairs thought dragging a chair across a tiled floor would be sociable! Not the Sterling's fault of course, just inconsiderate guest. Tiny pool/Jacuzzi but probably all you need. Big sun terrace with seating and recliners. Excellent coffee and snack shops along the road. Lounge room upstairs is large and bright and airy.

The room was super clean and came with some good amenities. Although we did not use the kitchenette, we did appreciate it being available. The Wi-Fi was good. It was really great being able to set and control the mini split for air conditioning. Location was central so it was a sort Uber ride to lots of good areas. One complaint is that there was only a front desk person present about 10% of the time. I had a delivery that I could not receive because I was late to return to the hotel and there was no staff present to receive it. I'm sure it could have been arranged to have staff present if I contacted a hotel representative via phone, but that is an inconvenience I would prefer not to try to plan and coordinate. Aside from the lack of actual staff present onsite, there are no complaints whatsoever.

The place itself was beautiful and very clean but getting in contact with the staff was entry impossible. I messaged them about the wifi not working 3 separate times and got an automated email with no resolution. Also, the night before we checked out they finally decided to drop off the key (we had been manually inputting the code). The worst part is they left it on the door handle WHILE WE WERE GONE. We got home around 9pm from our excursion. Anybody could have made their way into the room and stolen our belongings/passports/cash. Makes no sense why they would leave the key out in the open like that especially the night BEFORE we checked out. We were having a hard time figuring out how to use the key fob and the door wouldnt open with the code we had been using the whole time. In a panic, I had tried calling the number provided for assistance and they were all either disconnected or just hung up. Thankfully our neighbor had going the same trauma and showed us how it use it. The place was nice and centrally located but wouldnt stay again because of the poor management.

Would not recommend if you value safety, comfort, or a responsive host. The walls are incredibly thin, you can hear everything from the hallway and neighboring rooms. Our AC didn’t work, and despite reporting it, no one ever came to fix it. The bigger issue, was safety. There’s no security, and the front desk leaves at 6pm. Around 2am, we were woken up by loud banging and furniture moving. What made it worse was that we hadn’t seen any other guests in the building, so we genuinely didn’t know where it was coming from. We tried contacting management but got no response, which only added to the concern. We felt unsafe and barely slept. In the morning, the building manager, Rosa, finally responded. We explained everything and even shared a video of the noise continuing at 8am. Instead of looking into it, she dismissed our concerns and told us to leave, simply because we mentioned we had considered calling the police out of concern for our safety when no one responded overnight. She then escalated things by threatening to call the police on us, rather than trying to understand or resolve the situation. We missed a tour reso, and had to move hotels. We ended up staying elsewhere, which was actually cheaper and significantly better (ULIV, for those wondering). The refund process has also been frustrating and poorly handled. Rosa’s lack of responsiveness, rude behavior and basic concern for guest safety is alarming. Instead of working with us, we felt dismissed and blamed.
