Great place for an overnight stay - room comfortable, no view but we already knew that. Limited storage but no problem for overnight. Great buffet breakfast and friendly staff

Lovely hotel with helpful , friendly staff. Lovely bathroom and a comfy bed. Great base for day trips. It was February.and not much open locally.

Nice staff, food and drink but not clean and dated

The hotel was for the most part really nice, the staff are really friendly and it has a wide selection of drinks and food. We did have a few problems, We stayed in the suit it was very big with a lovely view. It was also clean but all the furniture had marks on and some of the wall paper was coming off the walls also the iron had no plug on it. The biggest one was the big box outside our room that has dirty and mouldy toilet paper in it. It has clearly been there for days as it smelled very badly. This also affected our room as it smelled of damp mold. I did request it to be moved but nothing happened. I'm sure it won't be there on your stay but it is something that needed to be noted.

Let next to our door all from when we arrived and was still there when we left

Location of property was difficult to locate due road closure but lack good signage as alternative direction, it took over an hour to locate the property from a 1 mile radius. Difficult to get through to customer service by phone.

We had a long weekend walking with friends. Fabulous views across the valley and easy access to the moors behind, an abundance of footpaths. We were lucky to have fine autumnal weather for all our stay. The service was excellent, very helpful staff.👍😁

A very pleasant stay

The staff were all very friendly, efficient and attentive, from the time we arrived until the time we checked out... especially Daisy and Jamie The food was all nice and fresh, and well cooked

This is a lovely hotel with stunning views and very helpful and friendly staff. The bar and restaurant have a cozy atmosphere but are quite large. They have a range of rooms and we have stayed in the more budget rooms a couple of times, compact but comfortable. Highly recommended, just take the little lanes of the hill carefully, quaint and fun.

Only 1 night. Got here to late for a meal. But the bar was open so no issue. Room is great. Clean and freshly refurbished. Staff were great. Very helpful
