Amazing hotel! It was super clean, the breakfast was 5 stars and the location was perfect with lots of things to do and look nearby. I would definitely recommend staying here and would happily come back! Overall, the best hotel I stayed during my Canada trip.

Big rooms, very helpful staff. A little pricey, too. Only (kind of) gripes is they need clothes hooks in the bathroom to hang up your clothes and conditioner and body wash were depleted. We really enjoyed our visit.

We booked this hotel because the harbour area of Victoria had an event that booked out every hotel, but it was a pleasant surprise how great the stay was and now we’ll plan to stay here in the future. It was a particularly great location for the ferry terminal, airport, and Butchart gardens.
