Hotel staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. Their aim was to please guests. The restaurant staff could use a little organization in attending to guests that are seated with their orders. Otherwise, meal and coffee were excellent once they arrived at our table. Good portions.

The service was terrible in the restaurant. The first day after our arrival we waited 40 minutes at the table before we got our breakfast. There were only 2 other couples in the restaurant at the same time. They came on after we did and we’re served first. Our friend asked for his eggs to be burnt and they came back only half cooked both days. That evening we waited again about 40 minutes for dinner and there were only a few other couples there and again they came in after us and were served again beforehand. We are not impressed with your restaurant and will not be back and we will also inform our friends and families.

Charming Inn
Great weekend getaway, the Hotel Mount Tremblant is charming inn and bistro/restaurant in the heart of the Laurentians. We will definitely be back in near future.

Room was not what we expected. There was a little blood stain on the comforter. When we let the front desk lady know, she told us they wash the blankets it’s probably from an insect. We didn’t see any evidence of such. The breakfast that is include was more like a little snack. Our choices was between a hard boiled egg and 1 piece of meat or a granola yogurt or a croissant and baguette. Thé restaurent in the hotel was very expensive and bad food. After eating the filet mignon, I felt sick for the rest of the evening/night. Will not be returning.

Well kept, very nice historical hotel. Very clean, always pleasant staff. Has all necessities. This was out second short stay. Will come back again.
