Great stay!
Very welcoming. Some of the staff went way above to ensure our stay was great. We could only swim twice because of the pool rules with booking times because of COVID. We had tried for more slots but it was fully booked. Check out at 12pm is really nice and breakfast was wonderful.

Meh. Not our typical Hampton experience
Hotel was super clean, felt very safe covid wise... Due to covid, and the hotel being rather full, we only were able to swim twice, which was a pretty big disappointment. I understand the social distance thing and needing to keep numbers in check, but there was a point Fri night there was only 12 people in the pool and we were told sorry we arent accepting anymore pool reservations. You get one hour timeslots but some people left early so why couldnt we go in? The pool was the only reason we came for a staycation. Might as well have stayed home . Kids sat in the hotel room all evening and night. Couldnt swim until 7:30am. Maybe consider keeping the pool open longer, so more people can get a chance to swim?!. I found staff, from check in, to evening desk, to breakfast room, to ALL be giving off a vibe of having low patience and feeling overwhelmed..nobody was rude but nobody was being very friendly or making you feel welcomed. Every question we asked we felt like we were being an annoying burden.... It was a pretty disappointing stay. Certainly not what we are used to when we stay here. We stay 4-6 times a year at this property. I had booked to stay over march break but we unfortunately just decided to cancel after this weekend’s experience. We will give it a try again once covid stuff is over.

Bathrooms are not private at all, no locks, makes privacy hard with children. The pool waterslide is not so safe, with out supervision on top of the slide, kids don't follow rules and no one up there to stop them from going down before it is safe. Rooms are very clean and beds are comfortable but be sure to bring your own pillow.

Absolutely wonderful
Staff was great and the hotel is beautiful clean, I will definitely go again. It is now my favourite à hotel in Fredericton. Free parking and breakfast is a bonus
