By far the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in! The tub/shower was so bad we stood on a towel to shower, mold/mildew on the ceiling and walls, hair in the sink, tub and on the floor, stained sheets. We put our shoes on to walk back and forth from the bed to the bathroom. Under the bed had never been cleaned I’m sure. The continental breakfast was out of items and coffee was a 20 min wait. When we checked in, the guy at the front desk seemed like we were a bother to him. We were only there for about 10 hours and that was to long!

The staff was great but the room was horrible. When I walked in, the window was wide open with no screen. I tried to close it but it would not lock. The staff had to add a window lock that did not look too safe or secure. The toilet was backed up and did not flush. The lights did not work in the lamps and the carpet was filthy.

The staff were excellent! They were polite, knowledgeable, and friendly. I can tell that they work hard. The room and bathroom were very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast area was very clean. The carpets are worn and dingy, some are secured with visible tape. The caulking around the shower was badly patched and cracked. The furniture was of particle board and of such poor quality. A dog barked most of the night.

The staff was really nice at least the ones from the night. The hotel’s condition should not reflect on the staff. Even though they changed my room because my previous room had stains, bathroom door didn’t close and the stains in the carpet made it feel like a really old and dirty hotel. They moved me to another room but had the same feeling but at least the bathroom door was working. The lights didn’t turned on and the smell was still in the rooms. My sister staying next door had a cockroach in her bedroom. Sadly I would avoid staying here as they need to re-do everything. The staff was lovely though.

Airport shuttle service is good. Motel staff helpful and friendly. Good location. Room was very old. First room offered smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Second room only slightly. Shower door handle broken with sharp edges and would not close fully. Comfortable bed. Inexpensive room but only good in our opinion to shower and sleep and leave.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Kim at the front desk took the time to address all my questions. The rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was fresh daily and had plenty of selections. I will definitely stay here again on any future visits.

Hotel is very runner down and not well maintained. The bathroom had a disgusting old shower that none of us wanted to use. I wouldn’t stay there again nor recommend it to others. I will say the staff was helpful and even brought us something to the airport that we left (medicine) so I won’t give them 1 star because of that.
