位置极佳，距离海滩50米，港口，ADO , SKY DIVE，购入中心都在附近，但不吵。酒店门口和附近有很多一日团，比坎昆便宜。马桶比较老旧，浴室里水比较小，但是整体感觉是干净的。房间内没有wifi，泳池很小，针对白天出门晚上回来睡觉的人来说是个不错的选择。前台人很好，有求必应。

Perfect location

Had all the simple basic necessities. Bed is very hard, it felt like we were sleeping on a boxspring rather than a mattress. On our last night and day of departure we had no hot water for a basic shower. Otherwise it is very clean and the location is perfect!

Great location, great staff!

Location is perfect - steps to the beach. The staff was extremely helpful and always ready to help. I travel about 100 days a year between business and personal matters. We were in town for business and I was pleasantly surprised at how well the place looked and how helpful the staff was. It’s close to the beach so you have that “beach” wear feel, but overall it was a great stay and I’d recommend it.

Bien.. Esta cerca del portal maya a unos pasos... El primer día no tuve agua caliente (No habían prendido el boiler..y les.egundonfoa no tuve agua . En horas lo arreglaron..de ahí en fuera todo bien.. Karla muy amable y Edwin de servicio de mantenimiento..bien!

The property is clean and the staff were very pleasant. It does have an ocean view but is not on the ocean. It is located near the city square and ferry launch which makes getting around very easy. It can get a little loud but it generally quiet by 10pm. The pool area was clean but the water was a little cloudy. Overall it was a nice place to stay within that budget.

Great location to beach and ferry

If you are looking for the perfect location. Steps to the ferry, beach and 5th avenue then this is it. The rooms are very clean, Housekeeping is excellent. however we did not use the pool as it was quite foggy and full of sand. If we could have used the pool I would have rated a 5. We stayed in an oceanfront which is lovely to listen to the ocean however you will have an empty abandoned lot in front of your view. I still would stay here again for price and convenience to everything.

Great location, right on the beach and close to the ferry and ADO bus. Room was comfortable and clean. Only two small complaints - 1) proximity to square meant hours of flute/drums in the evenings (with outside doors closed), so if you want silence request a room not facing the square; 2) water pressure was terrible in the shower due to a calcified shower head. Once removed it was great, but just good to know.
