Lovely place to stay. Would recommend it to people that don’t want the madness of the night life. But if you did it’s very easy to walk too. Lots of options for food and drink within the area. Lovely staff and always there to help if needed. Would highly recommend this hotel!!

Great location

I had a good 3 night stay at the hotel. On my first night I had an issue with the air conditioning unit. Unfortunately the hotel was fully booked that night so I had to endure the noise coming from it for the first night. However, in the morning I was upgraded rooms and I was happy with this solution. The pool and lounge area is very good and it was never an issue getting a sun bed. The hotel is in a fantastic location, very close to the sunset strip and a short walk away from Cafe Mambo. The buffet breakfast was good but I don’t think the evening buffet was anything special. I got a taxi to and from the airport using the taxis straight outside the airport and hotel and these cost €35/€40. The only issue I found is that the walls are extremely thin. I could hear next doors conversations and showers. There are gaps between the door and floor of the bedroom doors, meaning you can hear everything on the corridors. Overall, I did enjoy my stay and the staff were friendly.

The hotel was great. The rooms and communal areas and pool were all spotlessly clean. The staff were all very approachable and helpful. The customer service was excellent. The cleaners cleaned our room and changed towels each day. There was a good buffet breakfast served each morning till 10:30 with various hot and cold food and drink options, that were constantly replenished. You can hire beach towels at the reception for a cost of €15 and when you return them at the end of your stay you will get €13 returned to you. Reception also stock 5 litre bottle's of water for €3, which is really handy. There is a small supermarket across the road from the hotel. The bar does most things you may want and serve reasonably priced food and drinks. The location is great and has a quiet and comfortable vibe, yet Cafe Mambo is an 8 minutes walk away from the hotel. Ibiza Rocks is a 7 minute walk. Pikes is a 15 minute cab ride away, and the airport is a half-hour cab ride away. Cabs are generally plentiful outside the hotel. If they aren't reception will call you a cab. Depending on bookings you may be able to have a late check out for an additional cost but this wasnt available on our departure day. However there is 2 well kept shower rooms, towels, lockers and luggage room compete with luggage svalea
