Booked the hotel as a weekend gateaway for my family. Main criteria was the indoor pool since the weather forecast showed mostly rain. We were welcome with a great hospitality at the reception, shown to the room which was a spacious one bed room suite. Although wasn't asked for, there was a bed made on the sofa in living room - all soft and cozy. Both rooms had balcony which weren't very clean. It was freezing cold inside the rooms when we first settled in. Turned the aircond on heating regime and waited for 15-20 mins to only get a cold air blow. When I first asked the guest services why it wouldn't heat, they said I should wait about 10 mins for the heating to start. Upon calling the 2nd time, a lady told that since it was summer, the heating regime was turned off. Oil heaters were provided instead.
Indoor pool was about 26 C, good enough for the kids to enjoy. Could have been heated little bit more. We were shivering when left the pool.
Breakfast variety was good enough. The only downside was the hall where breakfast was served. Narrow alley-like hall with tables close to each other. We were seated at the far end so it took as many trips back and forth to get the meals. Kids like oatmeal which wasn't readyily available. But they cooked it upon request for which we are thankful. Overall 4+ out of 5. Value for the money 3 out of 5. I would expect more for the amount paid for a single night stay. Definitely recommend it for long staycations.
