Toller Aufenthalt trotz Baustelle.

Everything was amazing however on the website it doesn’t say that the spa , sauna , swimming pool and gym won’t be open due to construction which was abit disappointing & on the website it says there’s a free shuttle service from the hotel that will drop you there but I had some difficulties to even find where the shuttle goes to or if I can get it from the airport which I couldn’t and when I asked staff they weren’t giving me a proper answer

Uitstekend hotel tussen Amsterdam en Haarlem gelegen. Rustige ligging.

I know the hotel was just opening but it is still not acceptable that we had to shower ice cold and that we didn't knew in advance that the wellness area will not be open. There was also no one who could help us with that situation. Also you could hear your room neighbors and people on the corridor very loud. We got some compensation what's good but for now I can't say that it was a great stay. Probably in a few months it is better or even great but for now I have to say how we experienced it. Besides that the breakfast and also the service there was great and the best part of our stay. Thanks therefore 🙂👍

Overall the hotel is new, very beautiful and spacious rooms, everyting was clean. We saw an issue with the unexperienced personel and lack of managment. Our experience for 1 night: - The entrance door (turning door) was stopping a lot because the sensor might be very sensitive if you get 2 persons at once - Personel was mean to customers and annoyed because they blocked it, instead of being professional and understanding it's not their fault. - We have not been able to sleep most of the night due to our neighbours partying (loud music with speakers/loud talks/back and forth all night with door smashing all the time). At 00h30 we asked the security to get them to stop - they stopped - at 5h they started again, I tried to call the reception with my phone (no sellphone connexion in the room), I tried with the phone in the room, there is no instructions how to contact the reception - useless At 9h they were still partying (it never stopped), I go to the reception to complain and ask if we can check out at 12h instead of 11h as we didn't sleep. The answer: "Yes that shouldn't be a problem, we will charge you 20 euros" - OK we will leave at 11h. - 10h45 we leave our room - the neihbours are still partying, we smell weed in the hallway - Nobody from the personal went to check on them. We won't be coming back.

Loved the room ,the view, quiet. Great breakfast, easy parking. All fresh and new. Will choose the hotel again.
