Really nice and well-situated guest home on the second floor in the centre of Palermo, right next to a main street through the centre of the city. Close to the old town, shopping etc. Our host, Francesco and his wife, were extremely welcoming and just very nice sad sweet people. The balcony to the street was small and perfect.

We had a wonderful stay at Pagano Home Guesthouse. Francesco was very friendly and generous and understanding with our check-out situation and for that we are very grateful and made our stay in Palermo much more enjoyable. Would highly recommend this quiet hotel in a great location. Thank you!

Nous n'avons passé qu'une seule nuit dans cet hébergement et nous avions que d'une chose c'est d'y rester plus longtemps. Tout était parfait, à 20 mn de la gare, les instructions étaient très claires . Quand on rentre dans dans la partie communes sont les chambres tout est propre , magnifiquement bien décoré , machines à café et bouilloire à disposition avec petits gâteaux. L'accès à la chambre est simple , très bien équipée, propre, bien décorée . Dernier point le quartier , c'était super, hyper animé jusqu'à tard le soir , super pour se balader et beaucoup de restaurants. Nous reviendrons c'est certain.

Beautiful B&B! The room was lovely and quiet despite being right in the heart of all the action. It was well equipped, and the bed was very comfortable. The owners were very responsive via WhatsApp to any questions. Could not ask for a more convenient location for walking to many of the attractions, and there are tonnes of restaurants nearby.

We had an amazing experience at this place while visiting Palermo. The location is perfect just by the livly main street, and in addition there is a balcony with table and chairs. The service was excellent with very friendly staff. Newly renovated room, super clean and nice. We missed the check in instructions but that was solved without any trouble. We happily recommend Pagano Home Guesthouse to everyone planning a trip to Palermo 💛

We had a great stay at the Pagano Guest house. We were warmly welcomed and we were allowed to leave our luggage prior to checking in as we arrived early and also we were allowed to leave our luggage on our departure day as we didn’t leave until 6pm. Everything regarding our arrival was explained by Francesca via WhatsApp in great detail and any questions were answered directly. We loved the location within walking distance to all the sights, and great restaurants as it was just off the Main Street but very quiet nothing was to much trouble I would definitely recommend and owner so friendly

Fantastic rooms with balconies overlooking the main street in Palermo. The room and facilites were very clean, coffee, tea and pastries offered complimentry in a communal area. If driving into the city a permit is required for the ZTL Zone, this was arranged free of charge by the hotel. Street parking in blue bays only €1 per hour, free 8pm - 8am and free 2pm - 4pm if a parking spot is available, we got lucky and parked directly below the property for 3 days. Parking garages located nearby too, if you're not as fortunate with the street parking. I would highly recommend this accommodation, we had a fabulous stay here, thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank you for your help and assistance during our stay.

This property was delightful. Room was clean and well laid out with nice amenities, including some unexpected desserts in the afternoon. It was in a great location just off of Via Maqueda. There was a working elevator (we only used with luggage). Balcony had room for 2. We never met the host, Francesco, who interacted via Expedia and WhatsApp, but he was always attentive and quick to assist. He also provided superb instructions for accessing the property. All of the properties we stayed at in Sicily were nice, but this was my favorite. It had the perfect combination of clean, updated rooms, while keeping some of the Sicilian charm. We did not have a car and opted to walk (with luggage) from the train station. Once you got to Via Maqueda, it was smooth sailing as it is a (semi) pedestrian zone. Was a great way to be introduced to an historic part of Palermo.

Very Nice Guesthouse in the middle of the historic and touristic area of Palermo. Room was clean with a little balcony , on which you can drink your coffee in the morning.
