This hotel was a lovely surprise, quiet, roomy and nicely designed. The rooms are very spacious for NYC, plus we had a great view. The staff were friendly and helpful too. It provided exactly what we needed for a family weekend trip.

Took a solo trip to NYC and could not recommend this hotel enough! It's in the perfect spot, walking distance to SoHo, all of the Lower East Side, and not far from the West Village. There's a coffee shop, restaurant, and rooftop bar all on-site. I didn't use the gym but took a look at it, it was very small but no one was in there, and it's underground so it was pretty dark. Housekeeping seems to come much later in the day than I'm used to, so they never ended up stopping by because I was always there. I did have to text the front desk to ask them to come while I was gone, which they responded to quickly and when I got back, everything was clean.

They had a problem getting our check in to issue a key. The coffee maker did not work properly or there should have been instructions. The amenities I. The shower were hard to pump maybe individual shampoo and conditioner and soap would be better. The property is overall very nice and located nicely for the lower east side. We would stay again but this is just feedback for the team.
