Big clean room for 4 people for two nights. 25 mins walk from Royal mile which was fine and on the bus route if preferred. Only issue shower head already broken so had to hold the shower. Otherwise great stay for the price. Would definitely recommend

The rooms was okay, the ceiling was leaking during the rainy days we were there. The heating wasn’t working. Not well maintained but the location was very good. Also no lifts.

Mehr als nur kurz schlafen will man dort nicht. Zimmereinrichtung war gut abgenutzt und bunt gewürfelt, bei der sehr weichen Matratze konnte man die Federn merken- genereller Eindruck lieblos und renovierungsbedürftig

Host was very helpful with tips for Edinburgh. He accommodated our late arrival. Parking available in back off street. Near bus transport to the Royal Mile. Older building. Clean room. Shared bath. We did not have any towels. Quite a few stairs to the room.

Clean room, I dealt with a friendly lady who showed me my room in the basement, told me where the shower and bathroom was. Location was noisy and there was some people up stairs speaking very loudly. I enjoyed my stay as I was alone but if your looking for somewhere more modern and luxury this isn't the place for you. I booked it purely for price.

Stayed at this Guest House for 4 nights. The room was comfortable, clean & warm. There was a fridge in the room which was very useful. The staff were helpful & courteous. I would stay again at this Guest House.
