The staff were great, and there’s nothing really “wrong” with this place. There’s nothing special about it, either, though. The location is so-so, and the rooms are much smaller than how they are presented in with online. The main issue is that you just don’t get what you pay for. Only two stars because it’s expensive for Lisbon (prices change, of course, though), while the hotel facilities merely adequate, at best, All of the staff, though, really are wonderful. They REALLY went out of their way to help me, especially the Ukrainian woman at the front desk. If you get a good price, it’ll work (again, there were no problems, really), but otherwise it’s just meh.

Good hotel but surrounding area in the street need cleaning up. Litter, rubbish and homeless people sleeping rough near hotel will put travellers off.

They didn't respect the reservation we had and made us pay for an additional room claiming it was a mistake from Expedia and that Expedia should resolve it

There was a very friendly waiter who was originally from Brazil who was AWESOME to us. I wish I could remember his name but he was quite special.

We stayed in this hotel as a group of 3 for 4 nights. The hotel is very stylish and modern as you walk in. The staff are very welcoming and will go above and beyond to help you even with the smallest query. Our room was on the 7th floor at the back of the hotel so no noise. It was very spacious and clean. Just one small suggestion, a mirror at the dressing table would be useful. Also the air con seemed to be on throughout the night which made the early mornings very cold. Otherwise great location, with the nearest Metro station approximately 3-4 mins walk away. Plenty of restaurants nearby and very close to the airport. I would stay here again.

Very comfortable hotel in a great location!

Very noisy, we were on the 5th floor and heard people talking on the street. Car noise, elevator noisy up/down.

Young Man at the Front desk was extrealmy helpful and obviously knew his city very well! Nothing negative about this hotel.

Terrible part of town to stay in... Do not recommend the area ... better places to say
