Obfuscation best describes the description of this property. No mention of 44 very steep steps to the unit; no mention that licence and personal photos were required to complete the booking; no mention the bed (urgently) needs replacing or pillows are well past their use by date; no mention that a previous guest's soap was provided on the hand basin in the bathroom; no mention the tap on the bathroom vanity is loose; no mention that upended glasses in the kitchen cupboard stick to stick to the shelf; no mention that bedside lamps are not connected to the power point and the power point can't be reached by guests...and then there is the bizarre: 19 forks provided for a table that seats 4; a microwave in an unopened box in the lounge area...and very unclear directions (e.g. it would be easier to simply say 'to reach the (tight) car space drive UP the ramp, turn left immediately before the barrier, swipe the card, and the roller door will open')...and just provide ONE set of instructions covering everything (we don't need check out instructions separately).
