Great location, easy walking distance to the beach, shops, nice restaurants & bars. Roof top "Sessions Bar & Brellas" was fantastic with amazing view & pool. Rooms were large & cleaned daily. Staff were lovely & friendly. Buffet breakfast was good value at $10 Australian dollars. Good value for money under $50 per night. Good free WiFi.

Location was really good. Most of the staff were friendly. Place is a little run down. Breakfast was average. Hated having to step up 1 step then step down into the bath/shower. For someone with bad ankles this was a worry. We were in a cottage down the back so noise from the Y Bar was not an issue . Basically you get what you pay for, while overall it wasn’t bad but probably wouldn’t go back.

Stayed in a delux wing room. It was a little noisy until 11 due to sports bar down stairs. Recommend delux room pool view and this will likely prevent the noise or the garden premium rooms. Pool was great and grounds nice. Internet was poor as well from our room but everywhere else seemed good. Service was ok but charged for a bucket of ice. Both pools were great and warm temp. Cheaper option than I normally stay at but would likely stay again

The room I booked was under renovation so I was given an upgrade but had to sleep in a small single bed. AC worked good, couldn’t have shower as it was inside a big bath tub which had a high step. The TV was all snowy so couldn’t watch it and a lumpy pillow which was not usable. The room was large with slippery tiles and no umbrella provided in the room so got very wet walking to reception.

Property is a bit tired, top pool deck area needs some work but still nice to enjoy the view and pool area. Breakfast was very limited and if you stay here would recommend paying for room without breakfast. Towels were old with the edges hanging off and we had to ask for more towels. Our deluxe pool view room(207) was more of a breakfast view room so wasn't worth the extra money. On a positive the bed was comfy, we didn’t hear any noise from the sports bar next door and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Location is great so if your on a budget I wouldn't discount it !!!

The only redeeming quality was the staff and their eagerness to help. It is centrally located, witj great restaurants nearby, but very noisy. The bathroom was dirty and leaked.

I enjoyed my stay here, left yesterday. Good Customer Service, 2 pools, Onsite Restaurant, Breakfast offered for a fee, Refrigerator in room, 5 min. Walk to the beach, shopping close by, bars close by. Cons (The Y bar noise if you're on that side of the property) Live music, very loud at night. DRY the Pillows and bedding COMPLETELY! If not it leaves a VERY sour smell that will stink up the ENTIRE room. I had to have all of the bedding removed; thankfully I always travel with my own sheets, pillow ect. No microwave, limited television options, unable to connect my Netflix Account to the t.v. Overall, I definitely recommend this Hotel.
