Location to the Disney Skyliner. Room was a bit worn but clean and comfortable. The quick service food was tasty and had healthy options.

The beds are a little high for small children without not having a carpeted floor, it’s a very hard floor and if a small child falls off the bed they could get hurt.

During our stay, we had a very unpleasant and concerning experience. We found a towel stained with blood, which is extremely unhygienic and poses a serious health risk. The stain appeared to have been there for a long time, showing a lack of proper cleaning and quality control. We took photos as evidence. This situation represents a biological hazard for guests, especially children. We will be sending the images to the hotel chain so appropriate action can be taken to prevent future risks. Due to this experience, we would not recommend this hotel until these issues are properly addressed.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The resort was clean and very nice. The on site restaurant had a number options. Since this resort is aimed at children we expected it to be quite noisy but it really wasn't. We would stay there again.

O lugar é incrível como todos em atendimento e gentileza. Bom restaurante e equipe sempre atenciosa. Pegamos um frio com chuva e sensação térmica de menos 2 graus. Faltou alguns guarda chuvas para andar pelo resort. InfeliZmente não aproveitamos muito por conta da chuva e frio… pontos negativos. Faltou um edredom melhor nas camas. Quartos menores. De resto maravilhoso!

The fact that we could get the air transportation was good. They did not clean my room after the first night, and the noise on the corridors was horrible. Too much for two days above $1000 in my room.

I loved everything about the resort expect for housekeeping. The last day there they started to knock on our door at 7:30am, then again at 8:15 and again at 9:46 and again at 10:15 and again at 10:50. We were leaving on a Disney cruise ship that morning, and checked out at exactly 11am. We had kids in the room and they woke them several times. It was very inconvenient and we felt very rushed to leave when we were not late for check out. Check out was at 11am.
