Everything was just perfect! Staff was so nice and friendly and made our trip extra magical with birthday gifts for my daughter! Will be booking again next year!

Fun place for kids. I was traveling with my daughter and grandchildren and the kids had a blast seeing all the decor (lion king, cars, and little mermaid). Made for amazing photos. Kids loved the arcade and roasting marshmallows. There is So much to do at the hotel you don’t even need to leave. Safety is top priority which is great but almost extreme. I got “talked” to EVERY time we went to the pool for anything little thing I did and I’m a measly old Grammy with her grandkids just trying to relax and have fun (for ex: they had to inspect the water ball we were tossing) It was to the point of it being annoying. It seems as if they are bored and searching for things to nit pick. We watched them do it to several other guests also. The lifeguards were my only complaint about this resort. They made things very uncomfortable. Everything else was wonderful!!!

Top scores for staff friendliness and helpfulness. Top scores for the access to the Skyliner and to accessing the park using the Skyliner. Top scores for theming Top scores for food options. Very disappointed that our mobile food order was not ready when we arrived to pick it up and it took 2 requests to Jon for the food to finally get made and given to us, causing us to miss a lightning lane. Very disappointed that on the next day the pizza we ordered was delayed by the fact that it went unnoticed until other pizza boxes were piled on top of it and then they called out the names for all the pizzas piled on top of ours before they called ours. Very disappointed that most of the soft drink dispensers were empty on all four days we were there. Very disappointed that our TV stopped working twice in 4 days requiring a technician to come fix it.

This was the trip of a lifetime--not only because we visited the Disney World theme parks, but when we got back to the hotel, the pool was open until 11PM and there were always activities for the kids to do throughout the day. We had "pool parties" with music and pool games, we enjoyed a movie "under the stars," and more! There are three pools and my kids wanted to swim in all of them. Our favorite is the "Nemo pool" because of the bar and snacks. Disney's Sky-liner is on the property. The Sky-liner takes you to Epcot or Hollywood Studios. Buses are readily available for Disney Springs, Animal Kingdom and Magic Kingdom. I highly recommend this resort ! 5/5
