Bedbugs in every room. Guest wifi doesn't work. Holes in ceilings. Door did not latch correctly putting personal belongings at risk of theft. And charged extra when I arrived saying that the price that I was quoted and already paid using hotels.com was now upon arriving 10 min later was another $20 because his system had refreshed.
