    Recommend!

    Lovely! The host took us through all the attractions close by, as well as how letting us know how to get there etc. Rooms were spacious and modern. As well as being extremely clean! Cleaners came every day to re clean, make the bed as well as fill up a fresh bottle of wine for us to enjoy! The hotel isn’t in the centre however it’s only a 10 min walk. A pleasant short walk showing us the beautiful city! I would definitely recommend!

    We had a lovely time in Pisa. Check-in was easy and smooth. The owner was very nice and attentive. There is a shared kitchen that we can use to store/cook/heat up food. The place was nice for the price and for a quick 2 nights in Pisa. A few things to note, (NOT complains) the bathroom shower will splash all over the since the flexi-glass only extend 1/2 way and no doors to keep the water in so ask for extra floor mats to put on the floor. The other one is that we can hear the guests in the room next to us. Maybe because they were loud but we could hear their conversations very clearly. We turned up the volume of our TV to drown them out.... :)

    Highly recommend

    Fabulous quiet location within walking distance to the main tourist sites. The bus stop is very close to the property & stops you at the train station (€2,50) but I arrived from the airport by taxi - -€12. Friendly staff. Complimentary local wine, coffee, tea (no milk) and jams, toast, biscuits (I’m gluten intolerant so couldn’t have any of the treats in the room).

    The property was within walking distance to many restaurants and the tower. The staff was very friendly and helpful. He gave us many suggestions on where to visit and restaurants to eat at. The room was incredibly clean, comfortable and up to date. Parking our car was easy and close by, but it was on a city street so it was an additional cost (only a couple euros though). We only had a couple mosquitos in the room but it’s simply because we had the balcony door open and there were no screen doors. I would recommend this place to family and friends, and I would certainly stay here again.

    Lovely accommodations and location. Very close to Pisa wall. No problems with overnight parking. Kitchen was nice addition for a one night stay.

    Francesco and the apartments were amazing

    Most amazing welcome, hints and tile from Francesco. Also, for the adults amongst us, free wine every day 😀. I will be recommending this to all my friends and family and certainly wouldn’t hesitate in returning. I also left a charging lead which was posted back to me at no cost, simply amazing.
