They had roaches in my room, the satellite tv kept freezing up, there was gunfire and fireworks by the window and the neighborhood was rundown. I do not recommend this place. The only good thing about it they do not charge a security deposit for transient visitors.

El cuarto estaba limpio, es económico, en el área hay mucho homeless, el estacionamiento es gratuito Pero tiene un límite y corres el riesgo de que tú auto se quede afuera, no pudimos salir a conocer mucho porque nos dió miedo que auto se quedar afuera y que le hicieran daño al carro, tuvimos que regresarnos a las 7:00 P.M. y quedarnos encerrados en el cuarto

Clean room, nice staff. I enjoyed very much that they have a gated parking lot but the parking spots are first come first serve so make sure to ask and the location is in the back of the building. They secure it at night so that’s great. If your looking for a simple one night like me and nothing too extra this is your spot but be mindful of the area.

This place should not say it’s a hotel. It’s more of a half way house. Seems like a home less and no phone in room. No room service pool was unavailable closed and that’s not what it says on the website. Not a clean location. BEWARE!!

Only stay if you’re desperate. All those other reviews about how great it is must be fake reviews. This is the bottom of the bottom. Sketchy area. Sketchy people. I didn’t feel safe. Cockroaches. It’s also a cash only hotel. WTH. On the flipside, the staff member “K” was very helpful and kind. I stayed only one night as I had an early flight

The staff were welcoming, but they have their work cut out for them. The hotel is rather old and worn, and it not in the nicest of neighborhoods. For a guy traveling alone, flying out of Burbank, it was OK for one night. I wish them well.
