The Hotel is located first in an area that has a lot of traffic, in front of car repair shops, not many restaurants, there are some but limited, the area seems to be more focus on car repairs and car services.
The staff is great, very pleased with them. In our stay, first we had a safe problem which the safe would lock but would not open, so they changed our room, on the second room, the same thing happen, however on this room the hot tub didn't work, the toilet was clogged, so we changed rooms again. The third room, had the same problem with the safe, so I decided just to keep it locked and ask for the Key to open it. The showers are also an issue, some are very poor water pressure, you have to run the hot water for 5 or more minutes to actually get hot water.
The breakfast was ok, nothing to write about there, the pool was nice, however there was a lot of repairs going on so it was kind of noisy. Overall the room is comfortable(junior suites), the other rooms are small, the internet is very slow, I had to make a conference call which had a very bad connection, again great staff, they gave me access to their private network which was much much better. Overall, I would look else were, just because the hotel staff is nice, friend and courteous, doesn't change the fact that the hotel needs lots of improvements and repairs for what they charge, you can get much better deals at different hotels. Good looking Lobby.
