We loved this place! The room was clean and beautiful, the amenities were great, and despite being right downtown on a Saturday night, it was very peaceful and quiet!

What a fantastic find in University Park. Will definitely be on the top of my list for places to stay. Since it’s in town parking at the public parking lots might get tricky, but you can’t find a better situated hotel for a fun weekend.

We had a little trouble getting into the room, but the staff were so nice and provided us a complementary drink at the bar and handle the situation perfectly. I will definitely look to stay at the hotel State College first when visiting happy Valley.

2/10 不太好

Noo parking for this hotel. Got there right after 9 and was told no room service. Not even a bottle of water in the room. Nothing to snack on either. An absolute mess trying to park my car and then get to my room, which the room key didn't work. No elevator to my floor. It was an absolute mess. The only good thing was the bathroom had heated floors- and rooms were clean. I would never stay there again.

Perfect location- lots of dining options. Room was a great size and we would’ve had a great view if not for the campus construction. Would definitely stay again!

A great boutique hotel experience right across the street from campus. Knowing to park at Fraser Street garage would have been helpful to know ahead of time, so we are passing that on. It was a fantastic place to stay and the Allen Street Grille was delicious with professional and kind staff.

The room quality is excellent. Very clean and tasteful bathroom and furniture totally make up for the room size. The location is walking distance to several nice food joints. A classic hotel setting, not the box type we find everywhere. Bren was very responsive via messaging and courteous to us. I Highly recommend.
