2/10 不太好

Well first problem I have been double billed once by expedia and then second by the hotel. Took over an hour waiting for entry to the room. The Wifi didn’t work. the television didn’t work and the assigned parking wasn’t assigned. The room was very clean and the appliances state of the art. The restaurant was great and the breakfast was excellent. I didn’t enjoy not having a person to speak with and every response was that they would pass in on to the local staff but nobody was there.
