Amazing stay at this palazzo! Unbeatable location yet it's quiet. Warm welcome and continuous assistance by Eletta, even better than typical hotels 👍 Very impressed, will stay again if we visit Florence again.

The location next to Palazzo Veechio was exceptional. Close to everything of interest. Apartment had a private terrace with view of top of Palazzo Veechio tower. Would stay there again! Eletta was very helpful and gave us many tips.

Amazing location. You can see the Duomo and the Palazzo Vecchio from the room we stayed. It was very cute and perfect for our family of 5.

Not possible to have a better location. the only problem was parking. the offsite lot was hard to find and we had to be driven back to the Uguccione. Great views from both sides of the room(Duomo on one side and Palazzo Vecchio on the other. I would stay there again

We stayed for a whole week at the Palaccio Ugoccioni Apartments. The location of the Palazzo is the best, the Piazza Signoria, from there you are just 5 minutes walking from everything you need, and that is very important when travelling with children. We stayed at the Comfort Suite Balcony, and I have to say it is a great apartment. Tons of natural light, a terrace and a good size of living room and kitchen. We were 3 people in the room, my wife, my 3 months old kid and myself. For the 3 of us was a good room, but I am surprised that I can accommodate up to 5 people. I am sure it can, but probably you should think about it because it can be very tight. The bed was just ok, not bad but do not expect the same quality than a Marriot Courtyard. They were very kind and they provide us a cit for the baby. Wifi is free and works great. The kitchen was full equiped, also with a nespresso with coffee capsules included, but there were just 4 capsules and we were staying 6 nights and 2 adults. We were in contact with the host through Wassap and the communication was fine. Keep in mind that if you plan to arrive after 6 pm, there is an extra charge of 20 euros, but you would not know that until you boo the room.
