Although the location was very central but the room was quite not clean and the AC didn’t work for three days - the team didn’t even try to help, as they only suggested to provide a free minibar (as this may help with the weather conditions) I highly don’t recommend as they know nothing aboit customer services!

The worst experience ever

有生以来住酒店不计其数，最差的一次经历就是在这家酒店，没有之一。酒店门脸之小，小到很难找到，只有一扇类似于中国普通家庭户门的门，而且没有正规门牌，只有一张A4纸贴在门玻璃上，上面手写着酒店的名字。另外，入住时，接待的法国女人态度恶劣。但最可怕的是，她给我们说我们定的是最后一间，而且床坏了，让我们打车搬到另外一个位于17区的酒店，说已经安排好了。17区，大家到网上查查就知道那是什么地方了。最后我们没有住，至今款还没有退给我们。DO NOT live in this hotel, the worst experience ever. The door of this hotel was extremely small with only an A4 pager on it. On that paper you could find a hand-writing name of this hotel. Besides, the attitude of the French receptionist was very very bad. The worst thing was when I checked in, we were told that the bed in our booked room was broken and we had to take a taxi and move to another hotel in Zone 17. Zone 17! check that out on the internet.

Great location: Close to Auber metro station which is good for taking RER. Many bus stops around the hotel so easily accesible to poplular destinations. Close to La Fayette Haussmann department store. Space: It has quite spacious room comparing to other similar hotels I have stayed in Paris. Two closets were enough and shower water pressure was hard(personally I like hard one). Hot water came out quickly. Breakfasst and Receptions: The breakfast was good and delicious. All of staff members was super kind and nice. Thumbs up👍 Small complaint: The door won't close perfectly so it made unpleaseant noises every time I used or flushed down toilet bowl. Overall, I like this place!

Excellente expérience

Le personnel d’accueil été parfait, ils étaient tous très aimable. La literie très confortable. Les produits dans la salle de bain une excellente découverte. Le seul bémol le manque de place entre le lit et le bureau, beaucoup trop étroit. Le quartier très animé, hôtel très bien situé.
