Dadurch, dass dieses Hotel erst seit ein paar Wochen geöffnet hat, ist natürlich alles makellos: nagelneue, große, extrem saubere und schallisolierte Zimmer mit tollem Bad und mega bequemem Bett.

The staff was amazing. We loved the whole staff, but in particular Shivam and Kelvin stood out going the extra mile each time we needed help or information. Very friendly, amicable, professionals, very attentive to details and everything in general. Than you SHIVAM and KELVIN. YOU ARE THE BEST.

Both the hotel and room were clean. It is a modern hotel with an OK breakfast. For business travelers, it should be perfect. What significantly lowered my rating was that the AC in my room did not work and based on previous reviews, this is either a recurring issue or something that has never been fixed. I contacted the reception who claimed that a technician would come the next day and that all rooms were affected. This was a lie, as two colleagues who were also staying at the hotel had fully functioning AC in their rooms. Worst night of my business life due to the insane heat in the room.
