What a gem of a property. Lovely quiet courtyard with pool, hammocks and chairs large room, comfy beds and plump pillows. Gorgeous Mexican palapa style house. Kitchen had basic utensils, missing a.few essentials like bottle opener! Quiet residential area. On street parking with cameras.

The property was quite nice in appearance and was safe because it is a gated facility. The staff was very nice and particularly Lucas was very helpful. I got a little lazy and took a taxi to the airport, which the property arranged for the same fee posted on 5th Avenue, but it is located about one mile from ADO Touristica and ADO Alterna bus terminals. Maid service was good, but the mattresses were a little old,but had been covered with a foam layer for better comfort. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

Increíblemente accesible en todos los aspectos. Las camas y almohadas muy cómodas, descansamos muy bien. El personal fue muy atento y amable, nos ayudaron a resolver dudas y atender nuestras necesidades. El lugar también resalta por su limpieza y también por el encanto de la propiedad. Probably the best stay in mexico. It’s not pretentious, it has a homey vibe and the owner is hands-on of the property. Its a distance from the shore but walkable which I like, away from loud music and party. Thank you for having us Felipa!

This place wasn't too bad he gave you a nice authentic Mexican experience almost like a hostile but not. You had a shared living or common area. Had your own private bungalow. My two cons were they didnt have away of calling taxi. The mosquitoes were vicious lol!

La chambre pour 4 personnes était parfaite pour notre famille. C’était propre. La salle de bain était spacieuse et la douche avait beaucoup de pression (pas toujours le cas au Mexique). Très bon accueil et nous avons utilisé leur service de buanderie qui a été bien utile. Nous avons utilisé la cuisine pour nous préparer nos petits déjeuner. Elle est bien équipée. Le seul point négatif est que c est un peu éloigné du centre (à pied car en voiture c’est rapide). Mais il y a un centre commercial à 5 min à pied qui est pratique.

Bien dans l'ensemble

L'emplacement reculé du centre est sympa et la maison très mignonne. J'arrivais tard donc les informations mon était transmise par whatsApp. La chambre économique était ok, une bonne literie, mais quand je suis arrivée il y avait un cafard. Également pas de rideau à la porte de salle de bain. Dans l'ensemble c'était bien pour le prix, mais j'aurais aimé un peu plus de communication du staff. Nous avons eu une coupure de courant une après-midi et malgré mon message personne ne m'a donné d'explication.
