Great distance to various things. Staff were kind and helpful. Place was perfect for our group of 5 (3 adults 2 kids) they had a pool table and ping pong table the kids enjoyed using. Will definitely stay here again!

This was our second time staying at this location. It has an older design and isn't the most modern property but it is well kept. The location is close enough to all the attractions but far enough to be nice and quiet.

Everything was great and went super smoothly. Just make sure to review the check in process if you will be checking in late. Highly recommend this place!

This is a great place to stay in a very convenient location. I wish we could have stayed longer! We had plenty of room for my kids and myself to relax and enjoy our weekend. The recreation room was fun too.

Very easy check-in. Very nice apartment. Comfy beds. Hot tub was a hit! Centrally located to everything in Pigeon Forge. No traffic noise. Would ABSOLUTELY stay again.

Mountain Meadows was an extraordinary place to stay. We arrived quite late however the check-in process was seamless and we were able to get our room key simply by making a phone call. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The condo was extremely clean and comfortable. We had six people stay and even the sofa couch pull out was comfortable. The kitchen was large and fully stocked it even had things like a colander and an egg whisk so we did not need anything. Both bathrooms were clean and fully stocked. The Wi-Fi was fantastic, we were able to connect quickly and the speeds were good. The beds were clean and comfortable and every room had a ceiling fan. The only thing that I would recommend improving on was the TV size in the bedrooms, as it was small. But overall this was an extremely wonderful place to stay at an affordable price. For the time we stayed there it really felt like our home away from home. There is a small patio area with a picnic bench and a outdoor grill. There was even a small balcony that you could sit on that faced the woods which was nice and relaxing. Everything we needed was within a few miles, shopping centers, groceries, attractions, restaurants, and events. The road to the site was an easy drive. I couldn't think of a more perfect place to stay if you're a family traveling with children. We will certainly be back to mountain Meadows in the future, it really is a wonderful place to stay.

The room was nice. There were a few things that needed attention. The beds aren't very comfortable, when you're there for several nights. The upstairs bathroom shower is was very loose. Overall, it was a very nice and easy to find place.

4/10 一般般

Terribly unresponsive staff. Never followed up on many a call regarding a few items left behind by mistake…def did that on purpose. “Voicemail full” You get what you pay for!

2/10 不太好

There was no one working at the registration desk and I was unable to check in. I spent 1.5 hrs calling a number posted number in the office to check in. After 20 plus calls to multiple numbers I had to pay for other lodgings. Very poorly run! I would definitely not recommend!
