El hotel está bien, en general. Las instalaciones son adecuadas y el desayuno buffet recomendable. Lo que no nos gustó fue encontrar manchas grandes en el interior de los nórdicos de las camas...Lo comunicamos y las cambiaron. No hicieron la habitación en tres días y ya, al cuarto, se lo dijimos y recogieron. Parece que no están acostumbrados a hacer las habitaciones diariamente como en España. La localización del hotel ha sido uno de los mejores aspectos, ya que tenían dos bocas de metro muy cerca y paradas de bus importantes. Lo recomendaría pero sí tendrían que cuidar más la limpieza de las camas.

The stuff supporting is awful, not helpful at all, neglected and sometimes totally rude. The location is pretty convenient. But unfortunately I won’t come back. There are a lot of hotels in the nearby where the staff is nice, friendly, helpful and with excellent good manners

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est top, à 5 minutes à pied de la tour de Londres, 2 minutes du métro. Tesco, prêt à manger, restaurants et pubs à proximité. Chambre propre et calme, le personnel était à l'écoute. Rapport qualité prix satisfaisant.

Colazione "Full English" a buffet molto interessante soprattutto perchè nostro figlio non pagava e quindi davvero economica per gli standard londinesi. Hotel posto nelle vicinanze di vari locali e anche di un Tesco che permetteva di avere tutto a portata di mano.
