Staff were helpful. Especially regarding my kids’ allergies and the food. I was disappointed by the lack of communication between hotels.com, the front desk staff and myself as I had requested hypoallergenic bedding (skin allergies) and that if it wasn’t available, I’d cancel and book elsewhere. No one contacted me and no once answered when I called until I called the day of and finally got someone who said they don’t have it. By then it was too late to cancel which was annoying. On the plus side, having family rooms available with multiple beds is hard to come by and I’m so grateful they had that. It made travelling much easier. The food wasn’t great. The fruit sundaes were made with frozen fruit that was still frozen, the nachos were thrown together… the fish and chips batter was wet inside and gooey. If you don’t eat here and don’t have allergies, honestly it was a good stay. Unfortunately we had other needs that weren’t met Convenient location to the airport. Just a few minutes walk and was competitively priced

all was good but some things i noticed was there was no automatic opener on the doors leading out. really awkward with 2 suitcases or even one if you lack strength. the outside door was also located going into a bar/dining room. there were lots of people in the room and it was awkward maneuvering two suitcases between tables to reach the check in desk.

Location to airport was excellent. Express bus from Glasgow center to airport is very efficient. We were able to walk to the hotel from the bus drop off point, no problem. I would suggest a dinner reservation for folks staying at the hotel. Very busy restaurant.
