The good: The location of this hotel is amazing. Everything that we wanted to do was within walking distance. There were tons of pubs and restaurants nearby and there was shopping within a short distance. The bus or tram from the airport runs down Princes Street which is very convenient. Our room was clean and nicely appointed. The NOT so good: this hotel is supposed to have breakfast and we pre paid for breakfast every day.

This was an amazing spot to see everything in Edinburgh! We took the Airline bus from the airport, about a half hour trip, and were dropped off very close to the hotel, but definitely pick up that bus at Waverly Station to go back to the airport as it fills up fast going back. The room was very nice and comfortable, with nice bath products and a strong hair dryer (always tough to find in Europe). The staff were so accommodating and we really enjoyed the free breakfast buffet.
