Le personnel a vraiment le sens du service client et est très agréable de surcroît.
Les produits locaux au petit déjeuner sont savoureux.

Extremely disappointing experience at Hotel Aragon Perpignan.
Bad in every possible way. Very poor manners from the staff from the moment we arrived. The bathroom lights were not working properly, and we were given only one towel for two people for two days. We had to repeatedly ask for more towels.
The staff was rude and unprofessional throughout our stay. We had prepaid for breakfast, and when we arrived exactly at closing time (10:30), the employee showed us her phone displaying 10:31 after arguing with us and refused to even allow us to have a simple coffee because she had already started cleaning.
To make matters worse, the employee the following day was sarcastic the entire time and openly mocked the situation instead of trying to help.
One of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. Absolutely not recommended for anyone.
