Awesome condo with a great location across the street from Vaqueros Restaurant, Pizza place, and a steakhouse within 5 minutes' walk. Three Forks Grille is 5–7-minute walk. Smith's grocery store also within 5 minutes' walk. It overlooks Nucleus Avenue. It is on the second floor with an elevator and assigned parking spot. Fully stocked with washer and dryer also. It is an end unit so there was no noise. 2 bedrooms with 2.5 baths, 1600 square feet. It is a 20-minute drive to Glacier National Park gate. Airport 15-20 minutes. We stayed for 6 nights. I am a human and this is not AI generated. We actually stayed at this location.

The downtown location is perfect if you want a place to park your car and walk to several bars/restaurants, shops, and a grocery store. The location offers great views of the mountains from many windows, making it great for people-watching around town. It's a beautiful, spacious apartment with everything you need, except food and drinks (a grocery store is a 1-minute walk away). The only negative thing to say is that the kitchen trash was full, and the bathroom sinks (three of them) seemed to have been missed during cleaning, with hair and residue in them. Not a huge deal, but I had to take out the trash and clean it up shortly after arrival. A box or two of Kleenex in the bathrooms would have been nice, too, as everything else was provided except for that. All in all, it's a beautiful place, and I'd definitely stay here again. Columbia Falls is super convenient to several other cool towns, Glacier National Park, and the airport. Hopefully, next time, the place gets a full scrub down beforehand.
