Nice big space for the location but fairly basic. Having a lift in the building was an unexpected bonus, especially with a room on the 4th floor. Could have done with a tea towel but with no plug for the sink either we clearly weren't expected to be washing up, despite deliberately choosing somewhere with an oven. Would recommend if you want a basic base to explore London, not somewhere to be spending a lot of time but fine for self catering morning and evening meals to keep costs down. With that in mind, there is great access to shops to cover any meals you might want to make a couple on streets over, right next to Bayswater tube station which is also very handy.

Ett enkelt och mycket funktionellt boende, nära tunnelbanan. Personalen var mycket hjälpsam och lät oss checka in mycket tidigare än angivet när vårt plan landade tidigt.

Overall a really nice apartment, fridge didnt work so well, not sure the setting were correct. code given for main door on arrival was incorrect, no towels were there but I believe they forgot, on return some were delivered. Minor stuff really. But all in all really nice.

The room was okay for what we paid for it, we didnt use the toaster, microwave or hob though. It is a West facing room with a lot of window so it gets very hot in the afternoons in the summer.

Excellent and comfortable stay. The only issue (which was quite major in the grand scheme of things) was the no lift-stairs situation. Our apartment was on the very top floor, which was around 6 flight of MANY stairs. The elevator was not working. This was incredibly difficult, as one guest was disabled and struggled immensely with the stairs. He had to be physically carried up. There were occasions where he did not leave the apartment due to the lack of accessibility and the stair situation. Apart from this issue, the apartment was perfect and beautiful. Would definitely stay there again if apartment was on a lower floor, and had a basic functioning elevator. PLEASE FIX THE ELEVATOR !

The location was perfect!! We were so close to alot of things like Kensington palace, london Paddington station and the museums. The apartment is perfect for what its used for, great ammenties, had everythkng in we needed and easy check in and check out! Will definitely be back!

Completamente decepcionante. Tive dificuldade de encontrar o local, dificuldade para abrir a porta principal e quando mandava msg pedindo ajuda, me davam respostas rasas, eu e meu marido só conseguimos entrar porque um senhor entrou e deixou a gente passar, o quarto não condiz com as fotos apresentadas no anúncio. No anúncio mostram um quarto, mas o quarto que foi disponibilizado é totalmente diferente, sem janelas, apertado e com um telhado de acrílico com pombos que incomodam durante toda a madrugada, No anúncio está como “banheiro privativo” mas é um banheiro compartilhado e NÃO TINHA CHAVE, péssima experiência e se vocês lerem avaliações positivas desse quarto, desconfiem muito e detalhe: Foi muito caro.

Une catastrophe, à fuir, zéro accueil tout se fait par téléphone et quand on rentre on comprends vite pourquoi, l’ascenseur a fonctionné 1 jour sur les 4 jours. Nous sommes arrivés dans notre chambre les poubelles n’avaient même pas été vider, tout était sales, la literie laisse vraiment à désirer… Ça nous a gâché nos vacances. Une honte pour le prix payer! Dommage car l’emplacement est bien

Really nice apartment with new furniture, a nice balcony with view over the city included. Very bright room with huge windows. The kitchen was equipped enough for us to have some breakfasts and dinners there. Location is nice within reach to the park and a train station. Deductions for a rather small bathroom and thin walls (noisy neighbours might wake you up)

Le check-in a été pénible. Les appels téléphoniques pour avoir des codes d'entrée fut long et pénible (la voix de l'employé coupait constamment). Une fois arrivée à la chambre, les clés n'étaient pas dans la boite à clé comme on m'avait mentionné. J'ai dû patienter plus d'une heure avant d'avoir un employé venir m'apporter des clés. L'appartement très très chaud, nous avons demandé d'avoir un 2e ventillateur, sans succès. L'appartement est super bien situé, rue tranquille, près d'un métro et épicerie.

Do not book this accommodation! To begin with, they charged my card 50% upon booking when I selected a pay-nothing-upfront option. Neither the property or hotels.com would do anything about it, and both blamed one another. Upon arrival we were left outside waiting for half an hour after being given the wrong door code while receiving texts saying they were on the way. Another guest gave us the door code. It looks nothing like the photos - they must have taken them years ago. We got there and furniture was missing, there were no towels, stained sheets, the shower was moldy and gross and didn't drain. They left a family of 4 with 3 rolls of toilet paper for 3 nights. Staff were nowhere to be found until checkout when we no longer needed them. The kitchen was nice to have, but the items provided were bare minimum. We didn't have a broom, and if I hadn't asked for a drying rack upon check in, we wouldn't have been able to do laundry. The "beds" are uncomfortable. The windows didn't stay open well, and there was nothing preventing a fall, so it was absolutely dangerous to have them open. It looked like the smoke detector was removed? The walls and ceilings are paper thin and you can hear neighbors talking all hours of the night. The neighborhood was relatively quiet though, for central London. And it felt safe. The lift was broken, so we had to walk up about 80 steps to get to our room on the 5th floor. This was the "superior apartment" but there was nothing superior about it 3/10
