its time to be renovated..
1. noise produce with luggage rolled on tiles pathways to rooms and cleaning staffs seems to load their towels kart at 8:30 every morning, quite annoying to wake up guests in this way
2. room is old but good they provide air purifier
3. staffs are poor in English, need to speak with simple words
4. request of 1hr late check out was rejected in Sept such low season
I already paid hk$1000 over for big room and include breakfast ,the staff say no record , if wanna being big room need to pay extra $2000 yen !!!!!
so we only have small room and also without WiFi -
the room number is 214 ,staff have try to help fix the WiFi but still can not .he did not exchange another room for me , I really feel disappointed in this hotel and very angry
