We had a great couple of days staying at one of the chalets. Very clean, very comfortable beds and very family friendly accommodation. We climbed the Ben Nevis mountain and this was a great location for us. Great shop nearby for all the necessities within walking distance. Very friendly staff.

The staff were excellent - so responsive and fun. Accommodations are basic but clean and a good value. We would stay there again. Close to Fort William but quieter. The highbridge-commando trail is within walking distance and it is handy to have a spar market next door.

I booked four chalets for a group of us who were climbing Ben Nevis. It was a great location, useful to have the Spar so close by and the Old Station Restaurant. The chalets were lovely with comfortable beds and bedding, good towels and very useful to have a small fridge. Lots of parking and a good breakfast. The WiFi didn't work very well but 4G worked fine.

The hotel was difficult to find with no clear signage, requiring us to make an international call from our cell phone to get better directions. The room was clean but was very bare bones for the price. There didnt seem to be any hot water and the heater took 5-6 hours to reach 70 degrees. Also, the description mentioned breakfast but the kitchen is closed until at least 2027 which you will only find out after you book a non refundable room..
