Een goed hotel, mooie kamers. Er was slechts 1 probleem: het lawaai van de lift. Bij de start van de lift was er een luide toon die stevig doorklonk, zelfs door de oorstoppen die ik mee had gebracht. Hetgeen me wellicht nog het meest stoort is dat het personeel op de hoogte was. Toen ik het meldde aan de receptie was er helemaal geen verrassing. Waarom wordt dit dan niet opgelost? En waarom worden mensen niet naar andere kamers geleid? Het kan gebeuren dat er een defect is, maar in dat geval zou het klantvriendelijker zijn om de klant hier op zijn minst van te informeren (en dan zelf oorstoppen aan te bieden ;-))

Very clean hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The area is accessible to all the part of Antwerp that we wanted to visit. However the walls of the rooms are very thin and the amenities basic (only shampoo, no conditioner, for example), the keyless entry code to your room is quite loud to enter (especially when your partner is sleeping), but overall an excellent hotel

Chambre placée juste derrière les ascenceurs, au niveau de la machinerie. Autrement dit, impossible de dormir. J'ai demandé à changer de chambre le lendemain et le personnel a très gentiment trouvé une solution, avec une categorie de chambre inférieure. A quoi bon payer plus cher pour une chambre plus grande si c est impossible de dormir dedans

ne parlant pas leur langue j'ai demandé à l'accueil s'ils avaient un parking. on m'a répondu que oui mais c'était cher donc j'ai suivi le conseil et me suis garé dans la rue devant l'hotel en payant l'horadateur. dans la nuit la police m'a retiré ma voiture en fourrière !!! 280€ d'amende et deux rdv d'affaires ratés !!! service nul !!! escroc !

Excellent location and great hotel

We had a lovely stay. Stayed in a family room of four beds. Room and en-suite were very clean. Air con in the room. Lobby area and social area are beautifully decorated. All the staff we dealt with there were courteous, friendly and informative. There is some parking out front on the street for loading and unloading bags. I believe it is free other than that overnight and then by a meter for during the day. We booked a parking spot at the train station 10 mins walk. There are many elec car chargers there too.
