Pest control and properly clean the rooms. Room smelled of food from previous guest. Likely food residue in the microwave and other surfaces. Two bugs found in room. Also smoke detector was removed from ceiling.

Nice room, breakfast could be better

The room was nearly perfect, no complaints. We didn’t use the pool but it looked nice. I was disappointed in the continental breakfast. They had the usual options, but most of the bins were empty for the hot breakfast and the bread and pastries were mostly empty. Waited 20 minutes and never saw anyone tending.

Great Deal.

Fridge freezer actually freezes, large fridge, lots of power outlets, spacious rooms, friendly staff, better than average breakfast, easy access, great for dogs with lots of places to walk them, right across the street from Mammoth Site, easy parking.

Unsafe and not clean

Room was rundown and dirty. I did not feel safe on the property. I was traveling alone.

My room stunk like mildew and was rundown. The property was not maintained…over flowing garbage in multiple receptacles, mattresses and random items in a common area by an entrance, my family had another room that had a pull out couch. There was a notice on the pull out couch that states if they used the pull out couch they would be charged extra. They were a family with kids and counted on the extra sleeping space.

OK property if you get a good clerk

The stay started out badly. The reception clerk was probably new and had poor customer service skills. I asked her about the pool and she told us where it was and I asked why the electric sign at the entrance said it was closed. Her answer " I forgot". She then told us to go left for the elevator (it was right and then left. And the first room we were assigned to had a broken air conditioner. Fortunately we were quickly moved .The breakfast was OK but the same2 days in a row

Mammoth visit

The room was clean and comfortable. One of the towels was shredded. The location was convenient to the Mammoth Site and a Mexican restaurant. Breakfast was ok but there was no milk and the coffee was not good
