I was assigned to the 24th floor, despite the fact that the upper floors were undergoing renovation. The incessant noise made it feel as though I was staying at a construction site, which was quite disruptive. I raised my concerns twice, and the manager offered to relocate me to a lower floor. It’s disappointing that guests were permitted on that floor under such circumstances.
Furthermore, my deposit has yet to be released from my credit card, even though it has been nearly four weeks since my checkout. The Marriott group has attempted to deflect responsibility by directing me to my booking agent, which is quite frustrating.
