Great location close to the airport and some of the beats bars eating places a tip get the hotel to book the taxi back to the airport 3 USD i was charged 35 USD frim the airport for the same trip and make sure you know which terminal you need.

The breakfast area is extremely dirty. They haven't kept up with cleaning the tables or clearing the dishes. First stay: - No air conditioner remote control → It took an incredibly long time just to bring it - Incomplete amenities, no body soap - Told the washing machine was broken and directed to the laundry at the adjacent shopping mall, but it didn't exist. Other places didn't offer services like washing underwear, and even a normal load of laundry took 3 hours. I had messaged them beforehand about the washing machine, but received no reply. Second stay: - No bath mat, which was present during the first stay - Terrible smell from the refrigerator - Cannot pay the tourist tax by credit card - No shower nozzle, water doesn't flow from either the sink or shower, water doesn't come out properly from the sink - No "do not disturb" sign, so I was woken up by cleaning staff knocking.

Attendre près d’une heure après l’heure du check-in pour avoir la chambre avec un nettoyage de la salle de bain approximatif, petit-déjeuner très insuffisant, impossibilité de faire le noir complet avec les rideaux, wifi défaillant, personnel qui prétend être à l’écoute mais n’agit pas en conséquence. Bref, malgré une literie confortable, c’est un hôtel qui se veut de bon standing mais ce n’est que de la poudre aux yeux. Notre pire expérience en Ouzbékistan sur 4 hôtels et de loin.

2 oda kiraladık 1inin tuvaleti berbat durumdaydı. Fotoğrafını cekip itiraz edince odamızı değiştirdiler ama daha küçük bir oda verdiler ve paramızın yarısını geri iade edeceklerini soylediler ki zaten hakkımız. Akşamki ekip sabah nakit olarak vereceklerini aoylediler ama sabah ayni ekip yoktu ve yeni ekip hic bireyden haberi olmadığını soyledi. Daha küçük bir odada kaldık ve parqmiz da iade olmadi. Ama malesef parayı da yatırmadılar. Hic memnun kalmadık tercih etmenizi tavsiye etmem
