The room was clean and the staff friendly. However when I asked at special assistance at the downstairs desk for an under the pillow alarm for my daughter and myself who are both deaf, they assured me house keeping would leave one or two in our room. When we returned there were no devices. We only stayed one night so I didn’t comment to reception when leaving. The breakfast was a great selection.

First we got one room with a very strong chemical smell, we went to the front desk talking to the customer service lady who signed the room to us and she changed our room without bad smell. The hotel location is terrific, it has a walking distance to many attractive places for visitors. We'd like to stay there again.

Our stay was good overall. We had an issue with the a/c. The staff tried their best to fix the issue right away but could not fix it till the next morning but they brought a fan quickly and complementary cold drinks to try to mitigate the issue. All staff were friendly but competency was hit and miss.

This hotel has perfect location for tourist due to accessibility to attractions, walking distance to busses and the tube. There are taxis waiting in front of the hotel too, we mostly used uber and its very convenient. There are also restaurants that are close by for late night food plus the hotel has lobby restaurant and roof top restaurant too as well. We booked the family room and its 2 connecting rooms for the price of one, with 2 queen beds. Beds are comfortable and rooms are soundproof. We were told of construction going on another floor but we never heard any of it. Minor things like 1 clogged sink in which maintenance was able to come and fixed. What makes this hotel outstanding are the nice, helpful and friendly hotel staff esp the breakfast staff namely Jhulia, Regina ( chef) Sharif, Emil and Osainatu. Area of improvement is the breakfast menu coz its the same everyday. Otherwise, its a perfect place to stay in London. Highly recommended.

The hotel was very nice and the staff were excellent. The hotel is walkable to many tourist locations and very convenient for using the trains. I did have a problem which caused me to switch rooms. There is very loud construction on the 7th floor which made the noise in my 6th floor room unbearable. The staff was very accommodating and switched my room to the 4th floor in about an hour.

What I liked: The location of the hotel was fantastic—right in the heart of downtown and close to everything. Justin at the concierge desk was especially helpful and went out of his way to give us great recommendations and information about the area, which really enhanced our stay. What was unique: Despite the drawbacks, I did appreciate the overall charm of the hotel’s proximity to major attractions. It's perfect for those who want to be in the center of everything and don’t mind a bit of hustle and bustle. What I didn't like: Unfortunately, there were a few things that affected our experience. The reception staff could have been more welcoming and friendly—they didn’t seem very eager to assist. Our room was on the front of the hotel, which meant we had to deal with a lot of traffic noise, making it hard to sleep. The air conditioning in the room was also quite noisy, which didn’t help the situation. The room itself was dated, with a small, tired-looking bathroom. It felt like the room needed some refreshing. While housekeeping did an okay job, the room had a musty smell which was unpleasant.
